Paramount has released the first trailer for the 62-year-old actor’s new film Heart of the Beast. This survival thriller shares the story of Pitt’s character, a former Navy SEAL, and his combat canine, who struggle for survival after a plane crash leaves them in the Alaskan wilderness.

Beyond this project, Pitt will reprise his role as Cliff Booth from the 2019 film Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood in a new film, The Adventures of Cliff Booth. His portrayal of Booth garnered him an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. Quentin Tarantino wrote this new project, but the direction will be handled by David Fincher. Filming is set to begin in July.

On the personal side, Pitt faces challenges concerning his family. His daughter Zahara, whom he shares with ex-wife Angelina Jolie, has petitioned to remove Pitt from her last name. This comes after another daughter, Shiloh, made a similar request, first filed in 2024. A source revealed Pitt’s distress over these developments, emphasizing his love for his children.
