As gas prices soar above $4 per gallon nationwide, a shop in Upstate New York has introduced a unique offer to its customers. The Sunoco & Halfmoon Car Wash is giving customers a 20 percent discount in exchange for a dance performance.
The store manager, Eva Mittler, placed a sign at the cash register inviting patrons to participate. The sign boldly posed the question: “Want a discount?” Customers at the gas station and car wash in Halfmoon, New York, were encouraged to showcase their dance moves.
William Dorrough noticed the sign while purchasing a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee. Intrigued by the unconventional offer, he paused to read the message encouraging a display of dance skills for a discount on purchases.
