Larry Birkhead Celebrates Daughter’s Milestone Birthday with Special Photos

Larry Birkhead recently celebrated his daughter Dannielynn’s 20th birthday by sharing a unique video collage on Instagram. The post included rare photographs of Dannielynn and played “Happy Birthday” by Lenny Kravitz.

The video presented a blend of recent images and childhood memories. One notable photo depicted Dannielynn seated on steps, wearing a fashionable black outfit paired with sunglasses. Another showed her with a cheerful expression and short red hair. Birkhead publicly marked this milestone with heartfelt expressions.

Among the collection was a touching childhood photo of Dannielynn in a pink tutu, embracing her father. Users on Instagram reacted with comments about time passing quickly. One user playfully noted, “How in the world is she 20 already? We can’t be getting old. We are still young!”

Larry Birkhead and the late Anna Nicole Smith welcomed Dannielynn in 2006. Following Smith’s passing in 2007, Birkhead became Dannielynn’s primary caregiver, raising her mainly out of the public eye. They share a strong Kentucky Derby tradition, which they attend annually since Dannielynn was three.

Larry and Dannielynn have upheld their Kentucky Derby tradition and attend yearly.

Birkhead shared with Fox News Digital that attending the Derby helps honor the past and sustain their family tradition. The event has become an opportunity for Dannielynn to understand her mother’s history.

“It’s kind of been a tradition that we would go every year,” Birkhead stated in May 2022. “That’s where I met Anna Nicole Smith.” He described the tradition as a way to reminisce about their connection to the event and his relationship with Anna Nicole.

The Kentucky Derby has become a marker of Dannielynn’s growth, according to Birkhead, as she rarely participates in public events.
