Circumstances Surrounding Hayden Panettiere’s Death and Related Incidents

As per a statement from the Greenville Police Department obtained by Fox News Digital, officers identified multiple individuals, including Hickerson and his brother Zachary, involved in the incident. Zachary, allegedly intoxicated, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Hickerson reportedly stated in a video, “GPD leaked it when my girlfriend died,” connecting Panettiere’s death to the Greenville Police Department. In separate footage obtained by TMZ, Hickerson was seen throwing bar stools before his removal from the premises. While he was not charged and was let go at the scene, Panettiere’s death, which occurred on August 16, continues to draw attention.

Panettiere’s tragic demise, reportedly at a Greenville, South Carolina residence, prompted Hickerson and his brother to call 911 after they found her unresponsive. A police report noted that Zachary appeared highly emotional during emergency efforts to revive Panettiere, while Hickerson displayed emotion posthumously. Hickerson provided police with a bag of her medication.

Preliminary autopsy results revealed no signs of trauma contributing to her death, yet the case remains under review with the DEA engaged in the investigation.
