Presley Gerber, the 27-year-old son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, passed away in a rehabilitation facility, as reported by Fox News. Dr. Jessica Gray, a family medicine physician and Fox News contributor, discussed his death on ‘Fox & Friends’.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Presley Gerber’s cause of death is currently listed as “deferred”. An examination was scheduled for Monday, with further investigations continuing. The Santa Monica Police Department is treating the case as a “suspected overdose”. Officers responded at around 9:35 a.m. on Sunday, September 20, locating an adult male who was deceased at the scene.
Presley Gerber’s case, identified by the Medical Examiner, remains open with no indications of foul play. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner will determine the official cause and manner of death.
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber have requested privacy during this time. Presley, their only son, also leaves behind his younger sister, Kaia Gerber, a model and actress. Presley had openly shared his struggles with mental health on social media and in interviews.
