Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson expressed his deep condolences for Benjamin Satterley and his family following Satterley’s passing at the age of 40. Known as Adrian Neville in WWE and Pac in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), Satterley made significant impacts in both wrestling organizations. He joined AEW as one of the initial wrestlers in 2019, achieving multiple championships in both AEW and WWE.

Johnson shared a heartfelt message via an Instagram video, emphasizing his love and support for the Satterley family. He acknowledged the close-knit nature of the professional wrestling community, stating, “As global as professional wrestling is, we’re still a very tight-knit unit and a tight-knit group because we all share the same DNA.” Johnson expressed the collective passion shared among wrestlers to perform for global audiences and the pain felt when a talented life is tragically cut short.

Addressing AEW owner Tony Khan, wrestler QT Marshall, and the locker room, Johnson offered his condolences for their loss. “For the Satterley family, I wish you love and light as you endure this pain and stay strong,” he said. Johnson, who serves on the board of TKO, the parent company of WWE, underscored the impact of Satterley’s loss.

WWE honored Satterley with a tribute graphic during “Monday Night Raw”. AEW announced plans to dedicate their “Dynamite” special on Wednesday night to Satterley’s memory.

Satterley’s death occurred in Illinois on Sunday, shortly after his performance at an event named “All Out”. He was found dead just hours later, shaking the wrestling community. Ryan Gaydos, a senior editor at Fox News Digital, reported on the incident.
