Some pitchers from the San Francisco Giants adorned their rainbow caps with Bible verses, prompting MLB to issue a warning. The DOJ responded, questioning a potential ‘double standard’ concerning ‘Black Lives Matter’ patches versus religious inscriptions.

This investigation comes after the York Revolution forfeited a game due to players refusing to wear Pride jerseys. These events highlight ongoing debates about free speech and religious liberty within sports.
