Such discussions, where coaches or managers address player behavior for the benefit of the team, are not unique in the NFL. Yet, it is unusual for them to focus on backflips.
Giants fans and the team’s management expressed concern about Skattebo’s actions at Fanatics Fest, fearing potential injury. Historically, various self-destructive behaviors have required intervention, but never before have such conversations centered on backflipping. Despite the talk, there remains speculation that similar acts may continue, potentially during the season’s games.
