Greg Gutfeld has voiced criticism against wealthy Democrats considering living outside the U.S. A Breitbart poll shows that 55% feel inclined to do so. Gutfeld points out that financially stable people can move abroad while maintaining connections to America, whereas most Americans face significant obstacles to relocation.

Recently, Art Garfunkel, a musician, has expressed interest in leaving the U.S. due to his concerns over President Trump’s policies. In an interview with The Guardian, Garfunkel, 84, expressed disapproval of America’s stance on critical issues.

I don’t like America’s position at all. I’m not aboard, and I’m thinking of leaving, frankly.

Garfunkel mentioned concerns about climate change and international affairs. He criticized Trump’s operation in Venezuela, questioning the legitimacy of forcefully asserting control over other nations.

Comedian Rosie O’Donnell relocated to Ireland after Trump’s 2024 victory, citing a desire to escape political developments. Director James Cameron plans to move to New Zealand, criticizing Trump as he approaches New Zealand citizenship. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have made their stay in the UK permanent following Trump’s election.

Rosie O’Donnell, during a guest-host stint on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” shared her thoughts amid residency in Ireland, expressing disdain against Trump.

Democratic strategist Kaivan Shroff commented on celebrities threatening to leave. He noted such comments are rarely acted upon, aside from Garfunkel’s case. According to Shroff, Garfunkel’s remarks reflect a deep sense of alienation, not primarily a commitment to relocate abroad.

Shroff acknowledged Garfunkel’s comments may be viewed as a political statement rather than a genuine relocation intention.
