Additionally, she possesses a real estate portfolio worth $110 million.

Rihanna is another musician appearing on the list, also at No. 39, with a net worth estimated at $1 billion. Unlike Beyoncé and Swift, Rihanna’s wealth is largely attributed to her successful ventures outside music.
