Known for his role as a heel, Waller shared a video of himself running on the beach, criticizing the town as the ‘saddest city in America.’ He compared it unfavorably to Las Vegas, suggesting it is a destination for those who have given up. Waller remarked, ‘It’s Monday morning. Technically, I’m at an American beach. Sad.’
Despite Waller’s views, fellow WWE star Matt Cardona offered a contrasting perspective. Performing for Game Changer Wrestling at the Showboat Hotel, Cardona has fond memories of Atlantic City, highlighting his experiences in the independent wrestling scene. He stated, ‘Matt Cardona, the pro wrestler, was born in AC!’
