Brooks Nader Shares Behind-the-Scenes Moments from ‘Baywatch’ Reboot

Brooks Nader recently offered fans a peek into the production of the upcoming “Baywatch” reboot. She shared multiple photographs from the film set, showcasing herself in the iconic red swimsuit that became synonymous with the original series. These images included a mirror selfie featured on her Instagram stories.

Nader, known for her appearance on the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, was also seen posing on the beach with the filming crew. Additional pictures captured her preparing for scenes inside the hair and makeup trailer, providing an intimate look at the production process.

“Pamela Anderson was the muse of all muses, and she’s been on my vision board forever. We’re going to pay homage to Pam and all the muses of ‘Baywatch’ to the best of our ability. Big shoes to fill. Huge,” Nader expressed during the FOX Upfront in May 2026.

In the new adaptation, Nader plays Selene, a captain of the Zuma Beach Lifeguards. The modern version aims to revive the popularity of the series that originally aired from 1989 to 1999, featuring stars like Pamela Anderson, David Hasselhoff, Carmen Electra, and others. Filming concluded last Saturday, as seen in a photo shared by her co-star Noah Beck.

Ahead of the filming wrap, Nader enjoyed a Mediterranean yacht holiday, sporting stylish outfits. Photographs from her vacation include her donning a plunging black dress and a high-cut black bathing suit. She also appeared in a red bathing suit paired with a black scarf.

The reboot of “Baywatch” seeks to capture the attention of a contemporary audience with influencers like Noah Beck and Livvy Dunne taking part in various roles. Nader believes their involvement will broaden the show’s appeal, emphasizing the excitement surrounding the project.

“It is the most exciting thrill of a lifetime,” Nader commented on her experience working on the reboot. With anticipation building, fans will have to wait until January for the show’s premiere.

Nader also revealed her family’s enthusiasm for the role. “Well, they’re pumped about ‘Baywatch’ because it’s a one-piece [swimsuit] — we weren’t allowed to wear two-piece bikinis growing up,” Nader noted humorously.

The reboot of “Baywatch” on FOX aims to connect with a new generation and is scheduled for a January 2027 release.
