Former Air Force Secretary Loses Classified Access

1 week ago 0

The U.S. Department of War has removed former Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall’s access to classified information. This decision follows Kendall’s unauthorized disclosure involving Air Force One’s capabilities.

Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell stated on X that the revocation is effective immediately. Kendall is now barred from any sensitive positions as a result. The statement emphasized the importance of safeguarding classified data, noting that breaches of this trust lead to losing access privileges.

Kendall served as the secretary of the Air Force during former President Joe Biden’s administration.
