Details of Indictment
A grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, indicted Biermann, whose full name is Kroy Jagger, on seven counts. These charges encompass aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.
Last month, Biermann, the son of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, faced arrest. He was initially charged with two felony counts related to an incident in April as per the documents.
Allegations and Legal Process
Following his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia, on August 17, he faced charges of aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy. The charges are being processed under Georgia’s SB440 law, which allows teenagers aged 13 to 17 to be tried in adult superior courts for certain violent felonies.
Biermann is currently detained without bail at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September.
