In Las Vegas, the well-known wrestling faction, Los Perros del Mal, reclaimed their dominance in AAA. The group entered Triplemania 34 with a singular focus: capturing the AAA World Trios Championship from Los Psycho Circus. By the event’s conclusion, Angel, Berto, and Daga held the coveted belts.
This victory came during an intense matchup at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on September 11, 2026. Los Perros del Mal faced off against the strong trio of Psycho Clown, Dave the Clown, and Murder Clown. The latter had previously held the championship since November 2024, maintaining their title for 663 days.
Psycho Clown, Dave the Clown, and Murder Clown had shown their strength in past matches but met their match on this night.
Los Perros del Mal’s success wasn’t without controversy. El Carnicero, known for his disruptive antics, played a significant role. He attacked Dave the Clown while the referee was distracted, allowing the match to shift in favor of Los Perros del Mal. This distraction sent Psycho Clown into a brawl with El Carnicero, leaving the remaining team members vulnerable.
Karmen Petrovic exploited the situation by causing further distractions. The team seized the moment, resulting in their championship win. This marked the second time in the group’s history they held the titles. The faction first won them at Triplemania XIX in June 2011, defeating the same opponents: Los Psycho Circus.
Back then, Damián 666, Halloween, and X-Fury represented Los Perros del Mal. They kept the titles for 267 days before losing them to the same rivals in March 2012.
As Triplemania 34 concluded, Los Perros del Mal stood at the pinnacle of the trios division. Their current run suggests they aim to maintain their championship hold.
