Fans of Noah Kahan received a serious reminder following a surprising situation at a recent concert. A viral video circulated after Kahan’s ‘The Great Divide’ tour stop in Philadelphia, showing what seemed to be human waste on the floor at Citizens Bank Park.
The ‘Stick Season’ artist urged attendees to make restroom visits a priority before concerts, admitting to his own embarrassing on-stage incident with a candid explanation.
“If you have to poop at a show please dear god just go to the bathroom,” Kahan tweeted. “I’ve pooped my pants as much as the next 29 year old. You gotta understand there’s a venue worker out there dealing with that.”
In the incident shared on TikTok, a user showed floor seats surrounded by suspected fecal matter, sparking discussions and skepticism about the nature of the mess.
During his next tour stop in Toronto, Kahan humorously asked fans to commit to better bathroom practices by reciting a pledge against inappropriate behavior during concerts.
Kahan released his fourth album, ‘The Great Divide,’ in April, following his Grammy nomination for best new artist for ‘Stick Season.’ His expansive tour, comprising 57 stops, commenced in Orlando and is set to end in Paris later this year.
Concerns about troubling bathroom habits are noted to be emerging in live music settings more broadly. Olivia Rodrigo recently remarked on peculiar behaviors at concerts, emphasizing how some fans resort to wearing diapers to secure front-row spots.
