Vice President JD Vance shared his thoughts on a recent appearance on ABC’s show The View. Contrary to his expectations, he found the hosts to be less aggressive than anticipated.
While promoting his memoir, Communion: Finding My Way Back to Faith, Vance faced questions on various topics including affordability, the Epstein Files, immigration, and race. The View hosts are known for their previous criticisms of former President Trump.
During an interview on Fox’s Gutfeld!, Vance remarked, “I expected them to be absolutely vicious, and they were only a little bit vicious. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be.”
He mentioned a surprising moment with Joy Behar, who commented during a break, “You’re, like, pretty good for a Republican.” Vance admitted this was more praise than he expected from her.
