Modern Country Music: Perfect But Soulless?

Top began his career by playing bluegrass and traditional country music. He debuted with an EP in 2022 and performed at the Grand Ole Opry that same year. His major breakthrough came with his 2024 album, “Cold Beer & Country Music.” Notably, Top won CMA New Artist of the Year in 2025, following further success with his second album, “Ain’t In It for My Health.”

While two new songs are set to debut, the release date for Top’s anticipated third album remains unconfirmed. He indicated hopes for an April release, planning for “Good Girls & Cowgirls” to be featured on this record.
