Shear Madness to Conclude After Decades of Performances

After an impressive run spanning 39 years and featuring thousands of performances, the cast of the eccentric mystery play will soon end their tenure. Shear Madness is set to have its final curtain call on Sunday night.

On a recent Wednesday evening, a group of teenagers, visiting as part of a class trip, entered a meticulously maintained theater located within one of the most prestigious cultural institutions worldwide. They settled into their seats, ready to engage in solving a fictional murder.

Each night, much like this one, these students joined many others who had attended previous performances. This scene has played out night after night throughout theater seasons for nearly four decades.
