Jelly Roll Files for Divorce After Nearly 10 Years of Marriage

Country singer Jelly Roll, known legally as Jason Deford, has filed for divorce from his wife, Bunnie XO, whose real name is Alisa Deford. Records from Tennessee indicate the filing took place on May 18 in Williamson County. This move follows nearly a decade of marriage for the couple.

The reason for the divorce has not been specified. The pair do not share any children. Jelly Roll filed for divorce shortly before embarking on his “Little Ass Shed Tour,” which started on May 28 and continues until July 22.

Earlier this year, Jelly Roll marked a milestone with his wife in an Instagram post celebrating ten years together. “2016 was a dream. And we’re still living it. 10 years with my beautiful wife, the one and only Mrs. Bunnie Xo,” he wrote, including a photo of them together. Posts from six weeks ago on his account still show the couple together, and her name is also present in his Instagram bio.

In February, Jelly Roll shared with People magazine how love helped them navigate challenging times. “Love, man. Love will always do it,” he emphasized during the interview.
