Dominik Mysterio’s Role at Triplemania 34

Dominik Mysterio will have a busy schedule at Triplemania 34. The AAA Mega Champion supported Omos in his triumph over Rey Mysterio on Night 1 in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. On the second night, Mysterio is set to defend his title against El Grande Americano.

Mysterio has risen as a significant figure in professional wrestling, making an impact in both WWE and AAA. While his presence on WWE’s ‘Monday Night Raw’ and ‘Friday Night SmackDown’ has waned, Mysterio continues to captivate crowds in AAA.

Corey Graves, who will commentate at Triplemania, highlighted the unique appeal of Mysterio in AAA. He stated that AAA showcases a different side of ‘Dirty Dom,’ with Mysterio enjoying more freedom in expression compared to other wrestling platforms.

“Dirty Dom is the reigning Mega Champion, which is AAA’s top title. Fans can appreciate him in a distinct way in AAA, as opposed to ‘Monday Night Raw,’” Graves shared with OutKick Dropkick.

Mysterio’s ability to reinvent himself resonates well with fans. Graves noted that this version of Mysterio may soon impact WWE’s shows significantly.

Despite the slow pacing of these transitions, Graves is optimistic about ‘Dirty Dom’s’ eventual prominence on major WWE platforms.

“Sometimes things take time, but on a long enough timeline, you’ll see AAA ‘Dirty Dom’ on Raw or SmackDown because he’s the complete package with an unmatched aura,” he explained.
