Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark took on the role of grand marshal at the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday. Throughout the day, the Fever shared clips of the WNBA player’s visit to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Clark gave fans a peek at the crowd eagerly waiting for her, before announcing for drivers to head to their cars in preparation for the race.

Clark followed in the footsteps of celebrities like Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez, and Blake Shelton, who have also held the grand marshal title.
