The 2027 MLB All-Star Game is set to take place on July 13 at Wrigley Field. Crane Kenney, president of baseball operations, attended the festivities in Philadelphia to gain insights for next year’s event. He expressed a heightened awareness due to the hosting responsibilities and acknowledged the importance of detailed planning. Kenney also noticed the Braves’ integration of local events during the 2025 All-Star Game in Atlanta.

Kenney highlighted the challenge of managing local and international fan interactions, including logistical aspects managed by the league such as ticketing and activation around the ballpark. He sees the experience from the 2016 World Series and adjustments during the COVID-shortened season as beneficial for preparation.
