Gunman Forced to Take Cover During In-N-Out Shooting

In a tragic incident at an In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, gunfire erupted on Saturday, resulting in several casualties. An eyewitness, Lane Koehn, described the scene, noting the presence of an armed man during the incident.

Koehn recounted to the Associated Press the arrival of a man wielding an AR-style rifle near the drive-thru. Simultaneously, another individual armed with a handgun emerged and opened fire at the assailant. This action compelled the shooter to seek cover.

According to Koehn, the man with the handgun, who intervened, stayed on-site to assist an injured restaurant employee. Paramedics soon arrived to provide medical aid. Describing the situation to the New York Times, Koehn mentioned that the handgun holder appeared to be an older individual.

Authorities later confirmed that three people lost their lives, and at least seven others sustained injuries during the event. The suspect was eventually discovered deceased. The motivation behind the attack is still under investigation.
