Jana Kramer, actress and singer, shares insights into finding joy after overcoming heartbreak. She believes leaving toxic relationships was key to becoming a better and happier individual, emphasizing the value of second chances both in real life and on-screen.

Kramer, who experienced public heartbreak and divorce, highlighted how stepping away from unhealthy situations ultimately improved her life. She affirmed that starting over, though challenging, can lead to positive change. Through the themes of her new Lifetime movie, “Where the Heart Lands,” she reflects on these lessons.

“Starting over can be one of the scariest things ever and one of the best things ever,” Jana Kramer said.

Her film centers on the journey of rebuilding after loss, resonating with her own experiences. She remarked that new beginnings should not be feared despite their difficulty. Through personal adversity, Kramer discovered beauty and love in second chances.

The movie, “Where the Heart Lands,” portrays a Los Angeles real estate agent inheriting racehorses in Kentucky, leading to an unexpected romance with a horse trainer named Charlie, played by Kramer. The film emphasizes themes of perseverance and new opportunities.

Kramer connected deeply with her character Charlie, identifying with the drive to protect one’s hard-earned achievements and reputation. Filming in Kentucky was particularly rewarding, as Kramer enjoys horses and found working with recently raced thoroughbreds to be both educational and inspiring.

She noted, “Being around horses is freeing. Their emotional intelligence is remarkable, which explains the rise in equine therapy. They’re powerful and healing animals.”

Her recent role comes alongside stars like Tyler Johnson, John Schneider, and others in a production by Haylie Duff, marking the finale of Lifetime’s “Love of a Lifetime” series.

The film is now available for streaming on Lifetime, offering viewers a story of resilience and love.
