KJ Biermann Indicted on Multiple Charges Including Child Molestation

KJ Biermann, 15, has been indicted on charges of child molestation and multiple counts of sexual battery. The indictment was handed down on Wednesday by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia. Documents obtained indicate that the charges also include aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.

KJ, whose full name is Kroy Jagger, is the son of Kim Zolciak from ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ and Kroy Biermann. He was initially arrested last month on two felony charges related to an alleged incident in April.

The charges were formally brought against him on August 17 following his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia. Under Georgia’s SB440 law, he is being charged as an adult. This law allows teenagers aged 13 to 17 to be tried in adult courts for certain violent felonies.

Currently, KJ is held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September.

Kim Zolciak has publicly denied the allegations against her son. She issued a statement saying the accusations are reckless and troubling. She maintains that her son denies involvement in the alleged conduct. According to Zolciak, KJ passed a polygraph test, and no DNA evidence linking him to the incident was found.

Zolciak’s statement also highlights that the individual involved has made similar allegations against two other people. She expresses concern about the impact of false accusations on both the accused and genuine survivors of sexual assault. She emphasizes the importance of investigating allegations based on evidence and facts, rather than unproven claims.

Zolciak and Kroy Biermann briefly filed for divorce in 2023 after 11 years of marriage but called off the proceedings two months later. The couple shares four children: KJ, 15, Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship.
