Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos remains hopeful about solving the Nancy Guthrie abduction. Nancy, the mother of ‘Today’ host Savannah Guthrie, was abducted during a home invasion in Tucson, Arizona, over 25 weeks ago.

In a recent interview on ‘Today,’ Sheriff Nanos stated, “We have so much DNA to sort through.” He added, “We also have a vast amount of video evidence to review, and I’m hopeful we can resolve the case.” His comments followed Savannah Guthrie’s Instagram plea to her mother’s abductors, urging them to reveal her location.

Savannah Guthrie released the message after consulting with law enforcement, as reported by her NBC colleague, Erin McLaughlin.
