President Donald Trump recently suggested renaming bodies of water. This follows his previous attempts to rename the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Ontario. During a campaign rally in Clarksville, Tennessee, he expressed the idea.
“We’ve got the gulf. We’ve got a beautiful lake,” Trump stated at the rally. “Now, somebody said, you need a river. … We need a river. We need an ocean.”
His remarks come as he continues to engage with supporters across various campaign stops. By proposing such changes, Trump aims to leave a lasting impact beyond his presidency.
