President Trump Unveils New Air Force One Color Scheme on Michigan Visit

3 weeks ago 0

President Donald Trump exited Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland after watching the World Cup final soccer match on Sunday, July 19, 2026. He traveled from Michigan on Monday in the newly designed Air Force One, a 757 model, which now sports a fresh dark blue exterior with a gold stripe and red trim. This new color scheme aligns with that of the Qatari jet presented to the president. The change was noted in a pool report by Ana Ceballos, a Washington Correspondent for the Los Angeles Times.

Ceballos observed these updates as the presidential motorcade arrived at Oakland County International Airport in Michigan, ready to transport President Trump back to Washington, D.C. During his visit to the swing state, the president addressed pressing economic concerns while speaking at the General Motors Milford Proving Ground. He assured rally participants of economic improvement by emphasizing tariffs.

President Trump criticized prior political leaders, suggesting that they “sold out” American auto workers and manufacturers in Michigan. He accused them of being influenced by “globalist politicians” and “corrupt special interests,” allowing foreign nations to “steal jobs, pillage factories, and loot the crown jewels” of the U.S. manufacturing sector.
