A 15-year-old boy was shot late Sunday, June 14, 2026, in Miami’s Little Havana area, according to police reports. The incident occurred outside a convenience store, and the boy himself reported the shooting by calling the police at approximately 11:08 p.m.
The boy was among a group at the corner of Southwest Seventh Avenue and Third Street when the shooting took place. Police stated that one or more unidentified shooters targeted the group.
Following the incident, the teenager was transported to Ryder Trauma Center. He sustained a gunshot wound to the leg, which was not life-threatening. Authorities have stated that the shooters remain unidentified and at large.
