3 weeks ago 0

In today’s workplace, the distinction between attendance and genuine commitment has become increasingly pronounced. Although employers can require attendance, fostering true commitment remains elusive.

The office environment has transformed into a performance stage. Many employees believe their focus should be on projecting the right image rather than on the actual work they produce.
