Tyler Hubbard Finds Meaning in New Musical Project Inspired by ‘The Chosen’

Country singer Tyler Hubbard has found special significance in his latest musical project. During an interview with Fox News Digital, the 39-year-old discussed how his new album and the television series ‘The Chosen’ have impacted his family. Hubbard mentioned that the TV show has brought biblical stories to life for his children, leading to meaningful discussions about Jesus and various events from his life.

Hubbard noted, “We talk through all these stories, we talk through all their questions, but then it doesn’t go in one ear and out the other. It really kind of sticks.” His children often recall Bible stories later and even help teach their friends. He believes the show’s accurate portrayal and production quality contribute to its effectiveness in helping his kids understand the Bible.

The resulting song, “All I Need Is You,” serves as the lead single from the forthcoming album inspired by the show. The track, released on August 7, will be part of the soundtrack for ‘The Chosen’s sixth season, which is set to release in the fall.

In addition to discussing his music, Hubbard recounted a memorable incident during a family fishing trip. As he fished from a riverbank, he accidentally drove a treble hook into his head while casting. Unable to remove it himself, he relied on his wife, Hayley, to assist. The event was captured on video, with their children heard expressing concern in the background.

Despite being away from medical help, Hubbard chose to stay outdoors and let his wife handle the extraction. He quipped about the situation, “Breakfast had to wait.” The video, shared on Instagram, resonated with many followers who shared similar experiences.

Hubbard’s social media post prompted comments from people with comparable mishaps, including an urgent care nurse explaining how such injuries are typically addressed.
