British Court Rules on Illegal Warrants in Prince Andrew Case

37 minutes ago 0

The British judiciary has determined that police used unlawful search warrants in the February arrest of former Prince Andrew. Despite this, the judge clarified that the investigation into his alleged misconduct can proceed.

On October 8, 2026, the police conceded they sought warrants based on inappropriate legal grounds, impacting the search of Prince Andrew’s residences.

While the procedures for obtaining warrants were flawed, this does not impede the ongoing inquiries into the allegations involving him. The judge maintained that further investigations are still warranted under permissible legal frameworks.
