Trump and Cohen Reconcile in Radio Interview

55 minutes ago 0

Former President Donald Trump and his ex-personal lawyer Michael Cohen recently appeared together in an unexpected radio interview. This marked their first public conversation in nearly a decade, following a long-standing feud. Cohen played a crucial role as a witness in two New York cases against Trump.

During the interview, Cohen reflected on a 2016 incident when he went viral after an exchange with CNN host Brianna Keilar. Cohen mentioned how the media had previously weaponized his words, a sentiment Trump echoed. They discussed how mainstream media, notably outlets like CNN, continually questioned Trump’s popularity.

Trump criticized the media’s portrayal, specifically targeting The New York Times, claiming media polls and reports were often dishonest. He acknowledged there were still good journalists but emphasized that outlets had lost significant credibility due to biased reporting.

Fox News sought comments from CNN, MS NOW, and The New York Times but received no immediate responses. Cohen announced the interview would be aired in two parts on his radio show, “When You Know You Know.” The conversation spanned 40 minutes, a significant dialogue after years of tension between the two men.
