The Republican National Committee (RNC) has extended an offer of election resources to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Maine Democratic Party. This move comes as Democrats face the task of replacing Graham Platner, a disgraced candidate in the Senate primary.

An exclusive letter obtained by Fox News Digital reveals the RNC’s offer to provide election lawyers, trained observers, and other resources. The letter emphasizes a fair and accessible nomination process.

“Mainers deserve a nomination that is fair, accessible, and free from disenfranchisement,” the letter stated.

The letter humorously addresses the situation and is slated for delivery to DNC Chair Ken Martin and Maine Democratic Party Chair Charles Dingman. The timing coincides with recent Democratic debates and a speech by President Donald Trump on election integrity.

Highlighting the skills of its election integrity team, the RNC noted its readiness to assist with convention procedures, including delegate credentialing, transparency in ballot counting, and compliance with election laws.

“We built this operation to protect elections from chaos,” the letter asserted.

The RNC also requested clarification on the presence of basic election safeguards at the DNC’s nominating convention, questioning their stance on voter identification and in-person voting.

Former candidate Graham Platner had earlier criticized his party for overriding the will of voters, urging for a transparent and democratic process for his replacement. The RNC letter referenced Platner’s viewpoint, while also pointing out the DNC’s reported financial challenges.

“Your convention comes at a difficult time financially, with the DNC $18 million in debt,” the letter mentioned.
