42 minutes ago 0

Los Angeles hosts many stars, but Monday’s spotlight was on Josh Allen. After the Buffalo Bills’ thrilling 37-34 overtime win over the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium, Allen searched for one special star: his wife, Hailee Steinfeld.

As Allen left the field, footage caught him looking up into the stands, seeking the ‘Sinners’ star. ‘Is my wife in one of these suites somewhere?’ Allen asked in a video by Spectrum News 1. While he appeared unable to locate her, Steinfeld was seen passionately cheering during the ‘Monday Night Football’ broadcast. ‘Go, Josh! Let’s go, Josh!’ she yelled in support.

The game’s second half was intense, with both teams combining for 48 points. In the overtime period, the Bills initially drove into Rams territory but lost possession when James Cook fumbled. The Rams, needing only a field goal to win, saw their attempt blocked by Greg Rousseau. Allen then led the Bills into field goal range, allowing Tyler Bass to kick the winning 45-yard field goal.

With this win, Allen’s overtime record improved to 1-7. Despite limited passing yards, Allen rushed for 121 yards and scored a touchdown. The Rams’ defense held him to 210 yards, one touchdown, and one interception on 12-of-19 passing.

Allen hopes to impress his wife again when the Bills face off with the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.
