Katie Zacharia: Trump’s New Press Secretary and Her Views on Natalie Harp

1 hour ago 0

Donald Trump’s new press secretary, Katie Zacharia, has described the president’s executive assistant, Natalie Harp, as a “true, pure patriot.” Zacharia began her role on October 12, after being appointed on October 9. She is known for her appearances as a legal and political commentator on Fox News, Newsmax, and other outlets.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump praised Zacharia as a loyal supporter from the beginning, highlighting her commitment to the MAGA movement. Zacharia expressed gratitude for her new position in a post on X, stating, “Serving President Trump and the American people at this critical 250-year mark is the honor of a lifetime.”

Zacharia Speaks About Natalie Harp

While Zacharia begins her work in White House communications, Natalie Harp continues to attract attention. 35-year-old Harp, often referred to as the “human printer,” is responsible for writing and publishing Trump’s Truth Social posts. Her role gained further recognition in August when she was mentioned by Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff during a speech. Ossoff remarked that Trump preferred activities like “building his ballroom and traveling with Natalie” to fulfilling presidential duties.

In response, Zacharia defended Harp in an interview, emphasizing her dedication to serving the country and the president. “Natalie Harp is a true, pure patriot,” said Zacharia, asserting Harp’s service exceeds typical job-seeking or career-building ambitions in Washington.

Zacharia also criticized left-wing media coverage of Harp, suggesting these stories were fabricated during a “slow news cycle.” She believed Senator Ossoff intended to create controversy with his remarks about Harp. Zacharia pointed out that Harp receives undue media vitriol and questioned their motives.

Karoline Leavitt, Zacharia’s predecessor, also supported Harp prior to her departure, highlighting Harp’s security clearance and loyalty within Trump’s team.
