President Trump Delivers Patriotic Address at Mount Rushmore

1 hour ago 0

President Donald Trump delivered a patriotic speech at Mount Rushmore on Friday, marking the eve of America’s 250th anniversary. He declared the United States the most exceptional nation ever and promised it would never become a Communist country.

Standing beneath the granite faces of former Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Theodore Roosevelt, Trump emphasized American exceptionalism. He highlighted the nation’s celebration of its 250th anniversary.

“In all the chronicles of the ages, never before has any nation celebrated so magnificent a triumph as this one,” Trump told the crowd.

President Trump began the Fourth of July weekend with a symbolic salute to America’s legacy. He conveyed that at 250 years, America remains the oldest republic on earth. He praised the freedom, righteousness, and strength of the United States.

Trump expressed his admiration for American history, insisting that no other country has achieved as much as the United States.

“The birth and survival of the American nation under God is, quite simply, the best and most incredible thing ever to happen on this planet by human hands,” he stated.

Before the speech, the new Air Force One flew over Mount Rushmore, thrilling the spectators. A fireworks display over the Black Hills followed Trump’s remarks.

Trump addressed what he described as a growing communist movement that he believes threatens to undermine America’s character and history. He questioned what it means to be an American in light of these challenges.

Describing communism as “the greatest threat” facing the United States, Trump compared it to significant historical events like World Wars and 9/11. He asserted that communism opposes life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

“Communism is the enemy of free people,” he declared. “It is death, tyranny and the pursuit of evil.”

Trump urged Americans to remain loyal to their country rather than communist ideals.

He pointed to the sacrifices of past Americans as a guide for the nation’s future, underscoring the values exemplified by the presidents carved at Mount Rushmore.

“Our American ancestors did not shed their blood at Concord and Trenton, Gettysburg and Shiloh, Midway and Normandy, just so that a band of thieves, radicals and lunatics could come in and loot, pillage our nation,” he emphasized.

Trump noted that the four presidents represent America’s founding ideals. He called them men of action, ambition, daring, destiny, and intelligence, urging Americans to rededicate themselves to these ideals.

The President is set to give another speech on Saturday on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. as part of the nation’s anniversary celebrations.

“We know that this is not an ending,” Trump stated. “This is only the beginning of the golden age of America.”
